$POD->isAuthenticated()

Returns true if $POD was instantiated with a valid user, or if a valid user was set using the $POD->changeActor() function. Otherwise, returns false.

Examples:

This function can be used to display customized content for logged in and logged out users.

if ($POD->isAuthenticated()) {
    echo "Edit Profile";
} else {
    echo "Log In or Join";
}
